Laneway Houses and Garden Suites are new typologies in the city of Toronto - The products of retrofit urban planning laws that allow for a small, secondary dewlling on a lot that already has a house. These new by-laws are a resposnse to Toronto’s housing crisis. Windermere is a two bedroom Laneway House that provides confortable living in a compact, 8 meter by 8 meter footprint.
